I happned to see this amazing video demonstration from noble samurai about different seo strategies and implementations between regular people and seo experts.Although i knew the pros act quite differently from us,this video has explained very clearly about how the pros actually do it.

We have 6 seo steps to go:

• market research
• build website
• on page seo
• content creation
• building backlinks
• tracking results

I think the most important parts are market research and backlink buiding,doing market research before we take another step will make sure we won’t head over wrong direction that results in total waste of time and money,only to find”we shouldn’t be here”.And the biggest advantage the pros have is they’ve got more resources and money to make everything happen easily and quickly.They have a team create content,have another team build backlinks on massive basis for them,this is the point what makes them more successful than regular people.And i see they are “pro”,they analyze statistics,knowing what they want and how to get it with how much to cost,then how much they earn in the end.

Competition analysis and reverse engineering the top spot site

well,actually we’re competing with top 10 ranking sites for particular keyword in google,being listed at first place in no.2 just doesn’t benefit you anything from my opinion,we need to get listed among top 10,better for no.1,’cause you will receive 42% traffic on that page.thus,the very first thing is we go out and pull the seo datas of the top 10 sites within our niche.market samurai or seoquake plugin for firefox will make a good choice.we analyze our competion to decide whether or not we are going to compete in this niche or find another,and if we do,we can predict how long time and how much cost is it gonna take us to make this happen.in this stage,the pros set up adwords campaigns to test if this niche has enough commercial value and how much is gonna make.well,this is what i don’t actually do,it’s tricky, now i see.i used to reverse engineer top 10 sites via wordtracker link builder tool,but now it seems that i have another choice to give market samurai a shot.

another impressive part is their content creation method,they expand one resource to several different media contents and utilize them either for content distribution or link building activities.

when comes to the link buiding part,i am not impressed,because i use many methods myself to promote my money site,i have some experience in various link building techniques.and the pros do use many techniques at the same time to gain max results.and the secret why the pros always win is that they”never stop link building”,even when their sites have already ranked top position.

well,as the video mentioned,it’s unnecessary for me to copy every step the pros do.what’s more practical is i walk between regular people and pros.i don’t have a large team to maintain,so i don’t have to make 50K per month to keep my business running,and i know more,go one step further than the average people,i make more money,and that’s where i place myself.

in the nutshell,i totally agree that article directory submission and private blog network for link buiding are very effective link building methods,just submit some articles to top article directories and join some good private blog network,ROI is pretty.
